Another opportunity to perfect the baby carriage cake!! A teacher at school saw the cake I did for my son's teacher's staff baby shower and fell completely in love with the cake and ordered it for her sis-i-l's baby shower. I was thrilled to have another opportunity to make the cake because I love working on this cake cause it is just so much fun to do. However, I was a bit disappointed that I had to do it in blue once again!! I may never get the opportunity to make it in pink!! Oh well, being the Mother of twin boys, I am partial to blue anyway! LOL
So I just had to box and wrap it up pretty for her. She really is such an awesome teacher at school and I do also like to go the extra mile for all my customers. I like to think it makes them feel they are getting that little something extra that they WON'T get at any supermarket or a bakery.

This cake was a hit and the talk of our baby shower. People were raving about how adorable and tasty this cake was. I actually had to hide a piece for myself before they ate it all :) I couldn't have asked for a more perfect cake to make my sister-in-laws day special.
